About This Course
Course Overview
Tailored to the specific challenges power projects face in an emerging market environment, this course is heavily based on real case studies and lessons learned rather than theoretical concepts. It aims to zoom from big-picture context to quantitative and qualitative project-level details and back again — helping delegates understand the relationship between the two.
Each module is enriched by additional materials including financial models, sample loan contracts, online tools and video clips to analyse case studies. Ample time is dedicated to hands-on financial analysis and structuring of IPP projects, helping participants understand why projects have failed or been successfully realised across Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East.
Participants also receive access to a shared cloud folder with in-depth background reports and supporting course material in electronic format. Available in English, Spanish, French and German.
