About This Course
Course Overview
This hands-on four-day course on power project contracts and negotiation navigates through the entire panorama of agreements used in independent power projects, using real-world contract examples. Delegates are challenged to analyse legal documents and reveal the interrelations they impose on the risk assessment of the project.
The course is enriched with pragmatic tools and case studies to discuss the importance of various aspects of the negotiation process, showcasing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Delegates will leave with the skills to identify red flags in their own business situation and the ability to find optimal solutions to complex contractual challenges.
Available in English, Spanish, French and German. Participants receive access to a shared cloud folder with supporting course material in electronic format.
