How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?

Can you deliver training at our offices or overseas location?
Yes. All our programmes are available as fully customisable in-house deliveries, tailored to your organisation's context, location and delegate profile. We have delivered in-house programmes across the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia and Latin America. Contact us for a bespoke proposal.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes. We offer preferential rates for groups of three or more delegates attending the same session. Please contact us with your group size and preferred dates and we'll provide a tailored quote.
Are your courses available as virtual / online delivery?
Yes. Most of our programmes are available as live virtual delivery via Zoom or MS Teams, with the same expert instructors and interactive content as our classroom sessions. Virtual sessions are typically scheduled across multiple half-days to maintain engagement.
How do I receive a course brochure?
You can download brochures directly from each course page. Simply click the "Download Brochure" button on any course landing page and complete the short form — the PDF will be sent to your email immediately.
Is VAT applicable to course fees?
UK VAT at 20% applies only to sessions delivered in London. No VAT is applicable to sessions held outside the UK (Dubai, Singapore, Rio de Janeiro, Bali, Bangkok, etc.). If you are an overseas company attending a UK session, you may be eligible for VAT relief — please contact us for guidance.
